QUALITY / ECO FRIENDLINESS / SUSTAINABILITY

All materials are sourced locally where possible and carbon emissions are assessed for the major materials such as bricks, tiles, frames etc. A reduced emissions rating is always chosen where there is not an overriding economic argument.

Sustainable locations are preferred, close to public transport and nearby facilities such as shops andschools. We try to ensure development schemes are mixed tenure to encourage social cohesion.
