Flexibility

We work exhaustively to understand the prospective occupier/owner specification, financial needs and time constraints.  We can even take responsibility for the letting and/or disposal of existing premises.

We initially discuss location and specification with the prospective owner/occupier.  We work with the Client to design the scheme to their exacting needs.  We will acquire the site, obtain the planning consent and arrange the building works and financing and, if required, the ongoing facilities management of the premises.
