Inner London and some Outer London sites to be a minimum 0.5 acres, all other UK sites to be a minimum of 1 acre unless in a central city location.  All sites to be in the significantly populated areas.  All sites to have fairly active frontages and be regular in shape where possible.  Ideally site to allow three storey development.  All sites be nearby to local services and nearby main roads / stations / bus routes if possible.  Sites purchased conditionally or unconditionally dependent on planning risk.  Cascade will consider each site on its individual merits.  Every site put forward needs full address including postcode and gross / net land area stated.
