In consultation with the local community council, Cascade Partnerships in Healthcare and its consultants will create a scheme that meets both the care or healthcare need and the exacting design requirements of a facility of this nature and the district’s planning department.

Often suitable sites are contentious and a great deal of design time must be given over to the schemes aesthetics and layout whilst attempting to balance the obvious cost restrictions withthis type of facility.

We endeavour to obtain the support of all parties before the planning application is submitted and this will include the planning department itself.  This often requires many scheme amendments.

On occasions we find ourselves having to make an appeal against a planning refusal. This will only usually occur should the local political will to deliver the relevant facility be removed.  We, however, forour part, try our utmost to avoid any such conflict by always attempting to agree solutions locally that are acceptable to all parties involved.
