We are delighted to announce that we have now received planning consent for an 83 bed care home in Epsom. We will construct the care home for Signature Senior Lifestyle Ltd. We would like to thank all the consultants and staff that helped to gain a particularly hard fought consent.

After 4 long years working with Maidstone Borough Council and Sutton Valence Parish Council we have been granted consent for 12 local needs houses in Sutton Valence.  The houses will be built and handed over to Golding Homes.  We would like to take this opportunity of thanking all involved in achieving this consent.

We are pleased to announce that we have now received planning consent for 15 affordable homes in Horsmonden.  Cascade worked closely with the Parish Council and Affinity Sutton to produce the scheme comprising 2 one bed flats, 2 one bed bungalows with wheelchair access, 6 two bed houses and 5 three bed houses.  We would like to thank Michael Cook Associates our architects and everyone else involved in obtaining this consent.

Cascade Partnerships are currently working with Horsmonden Parish Council and Tunbridge Wells Borough Council to bring forward a scheme of 15 affordable houses for the Parish.

Cascade Partnerships working in conjunction with Golding Homes, Headcorn Doctors Surgery and the local community have received a planning consent from Maidstone Borough Council to build a prestigious doctors surgery, children’s day nursery and 25 affordable houses on a site in Grigg Lane, Headcorn.  The purpose built surgery will allow the Doctors to provide extended medical care facilities, the children’s nursery will provide an inspirational and motivational environment for young children and the housing will enable the Parish to retain the vitality and viability of the village. This scheme highlights the power of the community to assist in making a scheme happen. We would like to thank all concerned.

Cascade have been granted planning consent for a development of 48 dwellings comprising 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom accommodation in Totton. The development helps to meet New Forest District Council`s Core Strategy objectives in that the development is well designed and appropriate in scale and character to its setting. It transforms an industrial area into an attractive environment overlooking a river walk.

Cascade are currently working with a Doctors Practice in  Maidstone to provide them with a new surgery and also provide the local community with 25 affordable housing units and a children`s nursery.
