Cascade Partnerships working in conjunction with Golding Homes, Headcorn Doctors Surgery and the local community have received a planning consent from Maidstone Borough Council to build a prestigious doctors surgery, children’s day nursery and 25 affordable houses on a site in Grigg Lane, Headcorn.  The purpose built surgery will allow the Doctors to provide extended medical care facilities, the children’s nursery will provide an inspirational and motivational environment for young children and the housing will enable the Parish to retain the vitality and viability of the village. This scheme highlights the power of the community to assist in making a scheme happen. We would like to thank all concerned.

Cascade have been granted planning consent for a development of 48 dwellings comprising 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom accommodation in Totton. The development helps to meet New Forest District Council`s Core Strategy objectives in that the development is well designed and appropriate in scale and character to its setting. It transforms an industrial area into an attractive environment overlooking a river walk.

We have now obtained a resolution to grant consent for 14 Affordable Houses in Wivelsfield Green, Sussex for Hastoe Housing Association.

Cascade are working up a planning application in Cornwall and are currently working with the Parish and the Local Council for a 12 unit rural housing scheme.

We have recently held a Public Consultation in Sutton Valence jointly with the Parish to bring forward 16 rural affordable houses.

Cascade are currently working with a Doctors Practice in  Maidstone to provide them with a new surgery and also provide the local community with 25 affordable housing units and a children`s nursery.
