Need

The greatest urban need is for family rented accommodation.  Much of the post war housing stock has been taken into the private sector through right to buy legislation.  All our schemes attempt to incorporate more family units than is required by the planning regime.  Our schemes always take into account the local need, as interpreted by the Council`s Housing Survey.
