Historically, we have built a reputation working with many of the large developing Housing Associations including, A2, Ujima, Notting Hill, Places for People, London & Quadrant, Tower, Orbit and Moat.

We always attempt to meet the requirements of the local authority`s housing department.  We take their defined need into account and, where possible, amend the scheme through continued dialogue with the parties.  Finally, the units are designed according to Housing Corporation standards where grant is expected to be incorporated in the scheme. There is a movement to work for other private organisations such as RIETs and other private landlords.  New operators are entering the market on a regular basis to attempt to provide long term solutions for the provision of affordable housing as an alternative to Housing Corporation subsidised registered social landlord owners.  It is not currently the policy of our organisation to retain the units and, we are happy to partner these new organisations as long as there is no conflict with our ability to obtain a planning consent.
