Projects

The projects undertaken are between 30 and 200 units.  A few of our recent successes are:-

London Road, London Borough of Merton.  A scheme of 66 rented and shared ownership flats, developed in a six-storey building, in partnership with London & Quadrant Housing Trust, Tower Homes, London Borough of Merton and the Housing Corporation. The consent was won at appeal and is being constructed by Enterprise McGinley for completion at the end of 2007.

Beulah Hill, London Borough of Croydon.  A scheme of 39 flats constructed in two blocks.   This scheme has become one of the first schemes in London to obtain Eco Homes Excellent Standard.  Currently on site, due for completion August 2007.

Nunhead Lane, London Borough of Southwark.  One of the last schemes of house of any size, constructed on land bought on the open market in this Borough.  The scheme was built for Hexagon Housing Association.  The scheme is now completed.  The clock tower in the rolling display opposite is part of the scheme.
